Peyton Heben is a Nashville-based artist manager specializing in artist development, creative strategy, and long-term career building. Born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, Heben was introduced to music through an eclectic mix of artists, from country legends like Reba McEntire and George Strait to Michael Jackson, Seal, Carpenters, Nickelback, and Daughtry. While his musical influences spanned generations and genres, country music always remained at the center of his passion, a passion that ultimately led him to pursue a career helping artists build lasting careers.

That journey began at Georgia Southern University, where Heben discovered his love for the business behind the music and began building relationships throughout the industry. He got his start in artist management, earning early opportunities to book songwriter rounds throughout Nashville while expanding his network of writers, artists, publishers, managers, and label executives. During that time, he also partnered with Raised Rowdy to co-host Behind The Music Biz, a podcast featuring conversations with industry professionals that offered an inside look at the people shaping today’s music industry.

After graduating from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship, Heben joined River House Artists, where he spent three years working across both A&R and artist management before becoming A&R Manager. There, he focused on discovering and developing emerging talent while contributing to the growth of artists including country standouts Hudson Westbrook, Tyce Delk, and Austin Snell as well as rising pop artist Trinity Lake. His experience spans talent discovery, creative development, release strategy, touring, branding, and long-term career planning.

Today, Heben serves as artist manager for country artist Hannah McFarland. Drawing on his experience in both A&R and management, he is committed to developing authentic artists and building careers with longevity. Guided by an artist-first philosophy, Heben believes the strongest careers are built through trust, strategic vision, and an unwavering commitment to great music.
